Characterized by a light beige colour, our organic banana flour is made from the green fruit (grade 1-2 according to the VonLooseke scale) grown according to the rules of organic farming. The bananas are peeled, sorted and air dried before being finely mashed. It can be used for baking obviously but also to thicken soups and sauces or as an addition to smoothies.
