For Zone 2 the cost of transportation is €14.90 up to €120 of expenditure, over €120 the transport costs are free.

For Zone 3 the cost of transport is €14.90 up to €160 of expenditure, over €160 the transport costs are free. For Switzerland there is a surcharge of €37 for customs fees.

During your shopping experience you can take advantage of fair discounts. For each product purchased, a 10% discount will be applied starting from 1KG, 15% from 2KG, 20% from 5kg. The offer is not applicable to all products. From €199 you'll enjoy a 30% and transport costs are free. The offers are not cumulative.

The desired quantity of each product can be purchased and it will be packaged in practical paper packagings.

Given that we deal with perishable products that are subject to continuous changes, in the event that the order is not completely fulfilled at the time of preparation, and if the amount of the shopping has already been paid by online payment, the customer can:

• immediate crediting of the amount directly to the credit card used for payment
•  replacement of the missing product with another chosen one of equal amount
•  creation of a credit on the personal profile, which can be spent in the next order
•  Refunds are not made by bank transfer

• If there are shortcomings, quality problems or breakage of the purchased products, the reports must be made within 12h after delivery, only and exclusively by e-mail (info@blife.cloud) specifying in the subject of the email: COMPLAINT followed by the order of the number, name and surname of the person who placed the order. If, on the other hand, the package is damaged at delivery for obvious reasons related to transport, it is mandatory to put the wording “I accept with reserve” on the document that you will sign to the courier following the same complaint procedure via e -mail.
• Photographic and specific documentation on any anomalies is always required.
• All disputes made after the deadline cannot be considered valid
