WHAT CAN YOU ORDER
On the site www.leradicidelbio.it it is possible to order organic raw materials in bulk: dried and dehydrated fruit, powdered or dehydrated vegetables, cereals, breakfast ingredients, oilseeds, flours, sugars and sweeteners, chocolate, spices. All products come from certified organic farming.
It is possible to order each product in the desired quantity. The product is packaged according to the weight chosen when ordering.

We deliver certified organic products in bulk throughout Europe. Our transport costs are transparent as well as the minimum order.

MODE OF TRANSPORT
All products are shipped via standard courier with e-mail notification and shipment tracking service.
PACKAGING
Our products will be delivered in cardboard boxes made of food cellulose.
Transport will be carried out with standard vans, not refrigerated as we only ship dry or dehydrated products.
CHANGES TO THE ORDER AND MISSING PRODUCTS
Dealing with perishable products, and subject to continuous variations, in the event that the order cannot be completely processed at the time of preparation, and if the amount of the expense has already been paid by online payment, the customer can make use of the following options:
- replacement of the missing product with another chosen one of equal amount
- creation of a credit on the personal profile, which can be spent on the next order
- crediting of the amount directly to the credit card used for payment
- On the other hand, refunds are not made by bank transfer.
HOW CAN I PAY
Payment can be made in the following ways:
Credit card on the Stripe circuit (all prepaid and prepaid cards and the Paypal circuit are accepted).
Instant bank transfer (order processing times are those indicated in the notice on the Home page)
Standard bank transfer (the order will be processed after receipt of credit to the current account)

Disputes
If there are problems related to the quality or breakage of the purchased products, reports must be made within 12 hours of delivery, only and exclusively by e-mail (info@blife.cloud).
Photographic documentation and specifications on any anomalies are required.
All disputes made after this deadline will not be considered valid.
Cancellation
CANCELLATIONS
It is possible to cancel the order only if it has not already been processed. It is possible to inquire about the progress of the processing via email on info@blife.cloud or by calling us on the numbers:

In case of payment already made, a refund will be made on the same credit card used for the purchase or a shopping voucher will be created which can be spent on the site www.leradicidelbio.it valid for 1 year.
