Mixed with durum wheat flour and eggs, it can be used to prepare fresh pasta or gnocchi or crepes.

You can also make biscuits, wraps, and delicious tarts with it.

Its combination with cocoa is fanciful for tasty sweet recipes.

Organic chickpea flour is also an excellent thickener, useful in making velvety soups or vegan burgers, and is also used in place of breadcrumbs in making the breading of potato gateaux or meatballs.

Its use is typical in the famous Ligurian panissa recipe or as an ingredient in felafel or chickpea porridge or Sicilian panelle.

Organic chickpea flour can also be used to replace eggs for the preparation of a vegetable omelette made with completely vegetable ingredients.
