Characterized by small spheres between white and ivory and a delicate aroma, the organic hulled grass peas have a strong and full flavour, free from extraneous tastes. Naturally rich in mineral salts and vitamins, organic hulled grass peas are low in fat and are also a good source of fiber and protein. Used for multiple purposes in the kitchen, organic hulled grass peas can be used in the preparation of soups, stews, velvety and pureed soups, but also to flavor salads, potatoes, mushrooms and vegetables.
