The bulk dried organic pineapple contains a high presence of vitamins C, A, B, E, J and K. Rich in proteins, carbohydrates, fibers and mineral salts (magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, zinc, calcium and sodium) .

The presence of the bromelain enzyme in the bulk dried organic pineapple allows this fruit to promote digestion and stimulate diuresis.
