Organic Goji berries are roundish, almost oval in shape and cherry red in colour.
They can be bought dried and then consumed by soaking them in a little water, until they swell and then be chewed directly.
Used alone or combined with other dried fruit, they are used to flavor yogurt or smoothies, in the preparation of desserts or biscuits in place of raisins or they can also be used to enrich soups

Organic goji berries are Rich in Antioxidants: they have a strong antioxidant power equal to 100 times that of the carrot and 3 times that of the pomegranate
They contain an amount of iron equal to 15 times that of spinach.
They also contain zeaxanthin (which belongs to the category of a carotenoids) and 21 trace minerals, including germanium.
Rich in polysaccharides, they also contain 18 amino acids, a quantity of vitamin C equal to 500 times that contained in oranges, vitamin E, vitamins B1, B2 and B6.
